Resolved that:

 

(1)       this project is put “on hold” until the current planning application for the “Sterling Cables” site has been determined and the long term future of the Boundary Road rail bridge has been resolved;

 

(2)       further investigation work is carried out at the appropriate time and a further Individual Decision taken in due course;

 

(3)       initial discussions take place with the owner/landlord of the Old London Apprentice public house to establish whether the provision of a stand-alone pedestrian crossing adjacent to their property is feasible.

 

This decision is eligible to be ‘called-in’.  However, if the decision has not been ‘called-in’ by 5.00pm on 10 April 2012, then it will be implemented.
