Resolved that the West Berkshire Council ICT Policy Update be approved with the following amendments:
Paragraph 2.2.1 - Refer to separate Member protocol;
Paragraph 5 - Bullet 2 remove ‘appropriate’ and bullet 4 remove ‘unauthorised’;
Paragraph 6.1 - Identify what to do with Member’s email when they are no longer in office. Six weeks after Member is no longer in seat, out of office autoreply sent explaining who the new Member is.
This decision is eligible to be ‘called-in’. However, if the decision has not been ‘called-in’ by 5.00pm on 6 July 2011, then it will be implemented.
