Decision details

Resolved that the West Berkshire Council Forward Plan for December 2011 to March 2012 and its subsequent publication be approved, subject to the following amendments:

·        the addition of a report relating to “Taxbase 2012/13” (EX2392) to be discussed at the Executive meeting on 15 December 2011;

·        the addition of a report relating to “Porchester Road/ Newtown Road petition” (ID2389) to be taken as an Individual Decision in December 2011;

·        the addition of a report relating to “Mill Lane, Newbury” (ID2391) to be taken as an Individual Decision in December 2012;

·        the addition of a report relating to “Appointment to Outside Body (Downlands Joint Advisory Committee)” (ID2381) to be taken as an Individual Decision in January 2012;

·        the addition of a report relating to “Parking Amendment No 11” (ID2390) to be taken as an Individual Decision in January 2012.

·        a report relating to “Lamtarra Way, Greenham” (ID2382) to be removed.

·        a report relating to “Funding Arrangements Framework for Domiciliary Care and Non-residential Services” (EX2320) to be removed.

This decision is not subject to call in; therefore it will be implemented immediately.
