Decision details

Resolved that the Council appoints representatives on the NHS Trust Berkshire West, The Berkshire Pension Fund Advisory Panel, the Volunteer Centre West Berkshire and the Thames Valley Police and Crime Panel as follows:

1.         To appoint Councillor Peter Argyle to be the Council's representative as Governor of the NHS Trust Berkshire West and Councillor Jeff Beck as a trustee of the Volunteer Centre West Berkshire.

2.         To appoint Councillor Anthony Stansfeld to be the Council's representative on the Thames Valley Police and Crime Panel as agreed at the Executive meeting on the 29 March 2012.

3.                  To appoint Councillor Alan Law to the Berkshire Pension Fund Advisory Panel.

In addition to the changes proposed in the report, the roles of Councillors Peter Argyle and Gwen Mason on the Adoption and Fostering Panels are proposed to change. Councillor Argyle is transferring to the Adoption Panel (date to be confirmed). Councillor Mason is taking his place on the Fostering Panel with effect from 12 July 2012.

This decision is eligible to be ‘called-in’.  However, if the decision has not been ‘called-in’ by 5.00pm on 14^th June 2012, then it will be implemented.
