Resolved that the West Berkshire Council Forward Plan for October 2013 to January 2014 and its subsequent publication be approved subject to the following additions:

· EX2738 – Changes to the Adoption Service in West Berkshire – Part II item for Executive on 17 October 2013
An urgent Part II item has also been added to the Executive agenda for 5 September 2013:
