Resolved that the West Berkshire Council Forward Plan for 18th December 2013 to 30th April 2014 be approved subject to the following amendments:
· EX2713 Appointment of a Partner Organisation for the Development of the London Road Industrial Estate has been delayed from the Executive meeting on the 16 January 2014 to 13 February 2014.
· EX2753 – Update on Apprentices – is now scheduled for Executive on 13 February 2014 and is not being taken to Personnel Committee as shown in the Forward Plan.
· PC2774 – Review of Council Policy for Recognising Continuous Service for Employees Transferring from Academies is delayed from Personnel Committee on 15 January 2014 to a date to be confirmed in February 2014.
· C2726 – Statement of Community Involvement has been delayed from Council on 12 December 2013 to 4 March 2014.
This decision is not subject to call in; therefore it will be implemented immediately.
