Resolved that:
The West Berkshire Council Forward Plan for 15 January 2014 to 31 May 2014 and its subsequent publication be approved, subject to the following amendments/additions:
ID2772 - Environmental Crime Enforcement Strategy 2014/16 has been delayed from December 2013 to January 2014.
ID2739 – Automatic Fire Suppression Systems – Policy has been delayed from December 2013 to January 2014.
EX2786 – Response to the Scrutiny Review into the Adult Social Care Eligibility Criteria has been added to the Forward Plan for the Executive on 13 February 2014.
EX2785 – Extension of Schools Provision, which was scheduled for the Executive on 13 February 2014, has been removed from the Forward Plan as resources have been secured to progress this work from within existing budgets.
This decision is not subject to call in; therefore it will be implemented immediately.
