Resolved that:

The West Berkshire Council Forward Plan for 12 February 2014 to 30 June 2014 and its subsequent publication be approved, subject to the following amendments:

EX2713 – Appointment of a Partner Organisation for the Development of the London Road Industrial Estate – this item has slipped to the Executive meeting on 27 March 2014.

ID2750 – Representatives’ Acceptable Behaviour Policy – this has been amalgamated with the report on Changes to the Council’s Corporate Complaints Procedure and the ID is therefore no longer required.

EX2742 – Charging for Supporting People Services – item removed as being addressed in a separate budget report.

EX2813 – Extending West Berkshire’s Superfast Broadband Coverage – removed as an Executive item from the meeting on 13 February 2014.

This decision is not subject to call in; therefore it will be implemented immediately.
