Resolved that the West Berkshire Council Forward Plan for 18 June 2014 to 30 September 2014 and its subsequent publication be approved, subject to the following amendments:

·              EX2649 – Key Accountable Measures and Activities 2013/14. Update on progress: Q4 outturns – item brought forward to Executive on 19 June 2014 from 24 July 2014.

·              ID2861 – Home to School Transport Consultation 2015/16 – scheduled for 26 June 2014.

·              ID2862 – Home to School Transport Policy 2015/16 – scheduled for 26 August 2014.

·              ID2860 – Royal Avenue and Charrington Road, Calcot – Traffic Management Proposals – scheduled for 7 August 2014.

·              EX2818 – Revised Efficiency Saving: Deletion of a post in Education by Reason of Redundancy – (Paragraph 1 – information relating to an individual and Paragraph 2 – information identifying an individual) - scheduled for Executive on 19 June 2014.

This decision is not subject to call in; therefore it will be implemented immediately.
