Resolved that the West Berkshire Council Forward Plan for 17 December 2014 to 31 March 2015 and its subsequent publication be approved, subject to the following amendments/additions:

ID2873 - Objections to the changes proposed to the West Berkshire District Council (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting and Loading, Parking Places and Residents' Parking) (Consolidation) Order 2009 following the statutory consultation – Deleted from Forward Plan as no objections received.

ID2885 – Admission Arrangements 2016/17 Consultation – The purpose should be amended to read “To seek approval to consult on admission arrangements for 2016/17, including changes to the 6^th form at John O’Gaunt school which impacts on the published admission numbers (statutory requirement)”.

C2926 – 2015/16 West Berkshire Council Timetable of Public Meetings – to be considered by Council on 11 December 2014.

ID2927 – Outside Body Appointments – North Wessex Downs AONB and Berkshire Historic Environment Forum – to be considered as an Individual Decision on 18 December 2014.

This decision is not subject to call in; therefore it will be implemented immediately.
