Resolved that the West Berkshire Council Forward Plan for 18 March 2015 to 30 June 2015 and its subsequent publication be approved, subject to the following additions/amendments:

·                    ID2966 – Adult Social Care Compliments and Complaints Annual Report – to be considered on a date to be confirmed in March 2015.

·                    EX2947 – Response to the Scrutiny Review into the reasons for the apparent prevalence of homelessness amongst young families in West Berkshire – rescheduled from the 12 February 2015 Executive to the meeting on 19 March 2015.

·                    C2955 – A339/Fleming Road Junction Compulsory Purchase Order – rescheduled to the Council meeting on 19 May 2015.

This decision is not subject to call in; therefore it will be implemented immediately.
