Resolved that the Executive Member for Emergency Planning, acting on behalf of the Executive Member for Highways, Transport (Operations), Newbury Vision, resolves to approve the recommendations as set out in section 5 of this report, and as follows:
- That the revision to the proposed restrictions as detailed in Section 3.2 of this report be approved.
- That the remaining proposed restrictions as detailed in Section 3.3 be introduced as advertised.
- That the respondents to the statutory consultation be informed accordingly.
This decision is eligible to be ‘called-in’. However, if the decision has not been ‘called-in’ by 5.00pm on 27 February 2015, then it will be implemented.
