Resolved that the West Berkshire Council Forward Plan for June 2012 to September 2012 and its subsequent publication be approved, subject to the following amendments:

·        ID2490 – ‘Petition for a footway at Sulhamstead and Ufton Nervet School’ moved from 28 May 2012 to 1 June 2012.

·        The addition of a report relating to ‘Greenham House and Winchcombe School Appropriations’ (EX2497) to be discussed at the Executive meeting on 14 June 2012.

·        EX2350 – Proposal for Redevelopment of Taceham House moved from Executive meeting on 14 June 2012 to 19 July 2012.

·        EX2494 – ‘Response to the Scrutiny Review into the facilities available for Young People’ moved from the Executive meeting on 14 June 2012 to 19 July 2012.

·        Removal of ID2473 ‘Environmental Crime Enforcement Strategy’.

This decision is not subject to call in; therefore it will be implemented immediately.
