Resolved that the West Berkshire Council Forward Plan for March 2013 to June 2013 and its subsequent publication be approved, subject to the following amendments/additions:

Amendments:

·        ID2603 – Three Year Highway Improvement Programme 2013/14 – 2015/16 removed. Only ID2609 – Annual Highway Improvement Programme 2013/14 to be considered.

·        C2612 – Local Transport Body to be considered by the Executive on 21 March 2013 and not Council. Reference amended to EX2612.

Additions:

·        ID2642 – Access to Information Policy Revision – to approve the revised Access to Information Policy

·        ID2643 – Corporate Complaints Policy Revision – to approve the revised Corporate Complaints Policy

·        ID2644 – Records Management Policy Revision – to approve the revised Records Management Policy

This decision is not subject to call in; therefore it will be implemented immediately.
