Resolved that the scheme detailed in Appendix 2 of the report proceeds to detail design and construction subject to further consultation and public meeting with residents to review the scheme details.
This decision has been ‘called-in’ by the requisite number of Members and will be considered at a Special Overview and Scrutiny Management Commission meeting on the 07 January 2014.
