Resolved that the Executive Member for Emergency Planning, acting on behalf of the Executive Member for Highways, Transport (Operations), Newbury Vision, approves the Three Year Highway Improvement Programme for 2015/16 – 2017/18.
This decision is eligible to be ‘called-in’. However, if the decision has not been ‘called-in’ by 5.00pm on 27 February 2015, then it will be implemented.
