Issue - meetings

To approve as a correct record the Minutes of the meeting of the Board held on 26^th November 2015.

The Minutes of the meeting held on 26^th November 2015 were approved as a true and correct record and signed by the Chairman subject to the following amendments:

·         Jo Karasinski be included in the list of attendees.

·         References to ‘Jo Karsinski’ on page 11 of the agenda that were misspelt be corrected to read ‘Jo Karasinski’.
