Resolved that the Portfolio Holder for Planning, Housing & Transport Policy approved the proposed amendments to the scheme, as set out in paragraph 4.1 of the report.

 

This decision is eligible to be ‘called-in’.  However, if the decision has not been ‘called-in’ by 5.00pm on 13th December 2010, then it will be implemented.
