Resolved that the detail of the Adult and Community Learning Strategic Plan be approved subject to the following amendments:
· Page 17 – Change the key performance indicator for attendance for contracted providers from 78% to 88%;
· Review the target for the percentage of learners from areas of low participation when the Plan is written for 2011-12;
· Amend the proportion of courses run in rural areas to 25%.
This decision is eligible to be ‘called-in’. However, if the decision has not been ‘called-in’ by 5.00pm on 20th January 2011, then it will be implemented.
