2.	Apologies for Absence Minutes: Apologies for inability to attend the meeting were received on behalf of Councillors Billy Drummond and Ieuan Tuck.
3.	Appointment of the Vice-Chairman To appoint a Vice-Chairman for the Licensing Committee for the 2014/15 Municipal Year. Minutes: RESOLVED that Councillor Mollie Lock be elected Vice-Chairman of the Licensing Committee for the 2013/14 Municipal Year.
