Resolved that the recommendations as set out in Section 4 of the report be approved:

 

4.1             It is recommended that the proposed 20mph speed limit zone be introduced as advertised.

 

4.2      That the respondents to the statutory consultation be informed accordingly. 

 

This decision is eligible to be ‘called-in’.  However, if the decision has not been ‘called-in’ by 5.00pm on 12 October 2010, then it will be implemented.
