Resolved that the West Berkshire Council Forward Plan for November 2010 to February 2011 and its subsequent publication be approved, subject to the following amendments:

 

(1)       the addition of a report relating to “2010/11 Highways and Transport Winter Service and Adverse Weather Plan” (ID2176) to be taken as an Individual Decision on 4 November 2010.

(2)       the addition of a report relating to “Leisure Centre Core Price Review 2011/12 – Parkwood Leisure” (EX2175) to be discussed at the Executive meeting on 25 November 2010.

(3)       Individual Decision ID2152 – “Lamtarra Way, Greenhambe moved to November.

(4)       Individual Decision ID2050 – “A338, Great Shefford, Chaddleworth and Fawley, 50mph and 30mph Speed Limit” be moved from to November 2010.

(5)       Individual Decision ID2051 – “West Berkshire District Council Order Various Roads Ashampstead – 30mph Speed Limit” be moved to November 2010.

(6)       Individual Decision ID2144 – “Speed Limit Review – October 2010” slipped to January 2011.

 

This decision is not subject to call in; therefore it will be implemented immediately.

Resolved that Councillor Bob Morgan be appointed as a substitute representative on the Henwick Worthy JMC following a resignation from the Council.

 

This decision is eligible to be ‘called-in’.  However, if the decision has not been ‘called-in’ by 5.00pm on 22 October 2010, then it will be implemented.
