Resolved that the Head of Legal and Electoral Service write to the Chief Executive of Greenham Common Trust confirming that the obligations to make a contribution to sport and leisure activities across the district have been discharged.

This decision is eligible to be ‘called-in’.  However, if the decision has not been ‘called-in’ by 5.00pm on 11 November 2010, then it will be implemented.

Resolved that the recommendations set out in Section 4 of the report be approved:

Recommended that:

(1)       the proposed 50mph speed limit for the A338 be introduced as advertised;

(2)       the proposed 30mph speed limit for Fawley and South Fawley be introduced as advertised;

(3)       the respondents to the statutory consultation be informed accordingly.
