Resolved that: The West Berkshire Forward Plan – August to November 2011 be agreed and published subject to the following amendments:

August

·        Remove EX2123 Scrutiny Annual Report 2010/11.

·        Remove ID2236 Parish Plan.

·        Add ID2339 Environmental Health and Licensing – Food Safety Policy.

·        Add ID2340 Environmental Health and Licensing – Street Trading Policy.

September

·        Add C2338 Amendments to the Constitution – List of Exemptions of Key Decisions.

·        Add GA2332 Review of the Eligibility Criteria for Individual Decisions.

October

·        Add EX2331 Response to Scrutiny Review into the Project to Transfer the Council’s CCTV Operation.

This decision is not eligible to be ‘called-in’ due it being an urgent key decision.
