Resolved that New Road be closed to access from Lamtarra Way as advertised and the respondents to the statutory consultation be informed accordingly. In reaching the decision the comments of the objectors were noted, which had been discussed with officers and ward Members, following which Councillor Betts could see no further cause for delay. He therefore approved the officer recommendation which had the full support of the Ward Members. He also noted that the emergency services were statutory consultees and no objections from them had been received.

This decision is eligible to be ‘called-in’.  However, if the decision has not been ‘called-in’ by 5.00pm on 7 October 2011, then it will be implemented.
