After careful consideration, Councillor Betts made the decision that the residents’ case for a weight restriction carried greater weight than the concerns of the objectors. He therefore approved the weight restriction.
This decision is eligible to be ‘called-in’. However, if the decision has not been ‘called-in’ by 5.00pm on 26 January 2012, then it will be implemented. |
