Agenda and decisions

Resolved that the West Berkshire Council Forward Plan for June 2013 to September 2013 and its subsequent publication be approved, subject to the following amendments:

·         EX2665 – Museum Redevelopment Project – Fire Suppression System – item removed from the Forward Plan as an Executive decision is not required. Had been scheduled for Executive on 9 May 2013.

·         EX2610 – Proposed Countryside Service Agreement with the Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire Wildlife Trust (BBOWT) – item to be considered as a Part II report (Paragraph 3 – information relating to financial/business affairs of a particular person). Item scheduled for Executive on 9 May 2013.

This decision is not subject to call in; therefore it will be implemented immediately.
