Resolved that the West Berkshire Council Forward Plan for September 2013 to December 2013 and its subsequent publication be approved subject to the following additions:

 

Development of the relevant evidence base and supporting documents for the West Berkshire Minerals and Waste Local Plan which will shape the future of Mineral and Waste development in West Berkshire for at least the next 15 years:

 

·              ID2723 – Agreement of scoping report for Sustainability Appraisal/Strategic Environmental Assessment prior to statutory consultation

·              ID2724 – Public “Call for site nominations” for possible minerals and waste development

 

Development of the required documents which form part of the development plan for the West Berkshire Minerals and Waste Local Plan:

 

·              ID2725 – Local Development Scheme

·              ID2726 – Statement of Community Involvement

·              ID2727 – Annual Monitoring Report

 

This decision is not subject to call in; therefore it will be implemented immediately.
