Agenda and decisions

Resolved that the West Berkshire Council Forward Plan for December 2013 to March 2014 and its subsequent publication be approved subject to the following additions:

·                ID2750 Representatives' Acceptable Behaviour Policy has been delayed from November to December as Officer’s are awaiting legal advice from a neighbouring authority.

It should also be noted that the following items were added to the Executive meeting on the 28 November 2013 after the Forward Plan was published:

·                    EX2740 Policy for Supporting Adults with a Learning Disability;

·                    EX2751 Kings Road Link, Exception to the Contract Rules of Procedure;

·                    EX2761 City Deal.

In addition item EX2732 The Former Control Tower, Greenham Common was delayed from the Executive meeting on the 17 October 2013.

This decision is not subject to call in; therefore it will be implemented immediately.
