Resolved that the West Berkshire Council Forward Plan for 7 May 2014 to 31 August 2014 and its subsequent publication be approved, subject to the following amendments:

-            GA2842 – Internal Audit Plan 2014-17 – item added to the Forward Plan and will be considered by the Governance and Audit Committee on 28 April 2014.

-            EX2814 – Future Development of All2gether – item has slipped a cycle and will be considered at the June Executive. 

-            EX2828 – West Berkshire Permit Scheme - item has slipped a cycle and will be considered at the June Executive. 

This decision is not subject to call in; therefore it will be implemented immediately.

Resolved that the Portfolio Holder for Strategy & Performance, Housing, ICT & Corporate Support, Legal, Strategic Support approved the revised Access to Information Policy.

Resolved that the West Berkshire Council Admission Arrangements and Co-ordinated Admissions Scheme be agreed for 2015-16.
