Resolved that:

 

·                the revisions to the proposed restrictions as detailed in Section 4.2 of the report be approved;

·                the remaining proposed restrictions be introduced as advertised;

·                the parking scheme be monitored so that any parking displacement can be addressed as part of a future review;

·                the respondents to the statutory consultation be informed accordingly.

 

This decision is eligible to be ‘called-in’.  However, if the decision has not been ‘called-in’ by 5.00pm on 5 July 2013, then it will be implemented.
