Resolved that the West Berkshire Council Forward Plan for 22 April 2015 to 31 July 2015 and its subsequent publication be approved, subject to the following additions/amendments:

 

GA2985 – KPMG Audit Plan – to be considered by the Governance and Audit Committee scheduled for 27 April 2015.

GA2986 – Internal Audit Plan - to be considered by the Governance and Audit Committee scheduled for 27 April 2015.

C2984 – Members ICT Protocol 2015 – to be considered by Full Council on 19 May 2015 rather than as an Individual Decision as it involves a change to the Constitution.

EX2982 – Provision of Health Visitor and Family Nurse Services – remains scheduled for the Executive on 23 April 2015, but will be considered as a Part II item.

 

This decision is not subject to call in; therefore it will be implemented immediately.
