Resolved that the West Berkshire Council Forward Plan for 22 July 2015 to 31 October 2015 and its subsequent publication be approved, subject to the following amendments/additions:

·         C3010 – Changes to the Constitution – removed from Council agenda for 17 September 2015 – item not required.

·         EX2922 – Schools Waste Contract – slipped to the Executive meeting on 8 October 2015.

·         ID3017 – Annual Report on Complaints Activity in Children’s Social Care 2014-15 (added for 23 July 2015)

·         ID3018 – Adult Social Care Compliments and Complaints Annual Report 2014-15 (added for 23 July 2015)

·         ID3024 – Outside Body Appointments (added for 30 July 2015)

This decision is not subject to call in; therefore it will be implemented immediately.
