Resolved that the West Berkshire Council Forward Plan for 16 March 2016 to 30 June 2016, and its subsequent publication, be approved, subject to the following amendments/additions:

-       Already scheduled ID3079 – Appointment to Outside Bodies – ID to appoint representative to the Berkshire Local Nature Partnership

-       Inclusion of C3095 Governance Review for the May 2016 Council meeting.

-       Deletion of EX3073 Discretionary Rate Relief  ((March 2016) as no decision required

-       Inclusion of C3104 Home to School Transport Policy for the May 2016 Council meeting

-       Inclusion of EX3105 Contract Award - Highways, Bridgeworks and Street Lighting Contract 2016 – 2022 for the 21 April 2016 Executive meeting

-       Inclusion of C3103 Corporate Parent Panel for the May 2016 Council meeting

This decision is not subject to call in; therefore it will be implemented immediately.
