Speed Limit Review March 2016 PDF 77 KB Councillor Garth Simpson Decision:
Resolved that:
- the request for Westbrook, Boxford for a 20mph speed limit be progressed to the statutory advertisement and consultation stage; - the current speed limit on Common Hill, Englefield should not be changed; - all the persons requesting the speed limit amendments will be informed of the Executive Member’s decision; - subject to there being no objections received to the statutory consultation for individual Traffic Regulation Orders for the speed limit, the advertised restriction will be introduced.
This decision is eligible to be ‘called-in’. However, if the decision has not been ‘called-in’ by 5.00pm on 26 May 2016, then it will be implemented. |
