Resolved that the West Berkshire Council Forward Plan for the period covering 22 November 2016 to 28 February 2017 be agreed, subject to the following additions:

·         EX3205 – Registering WBC as a Registered Provider (for Executive on 24 November 2016)

·         EX3204 – Adult Placement Service – Shared Lives (for Executive on 22 December 2016

This decision is not subject to call in; therefore it will be implemented immediately.

Councillor Lynne Doherty

Resolved that the Home to School Transport Policy for 2017/18 be approved.

This decision is eligible to be ‘called-in’.  However, if the decision has not been ‘called-in’ by 5.00pm on 27 October 2016, then it will be implemented.

·         City Deal Joint Committee: Councillor Roger Croft, Leader of the Council and Portfolio Holder for Economic Development

·         PATROL (Parking and Traffic Regulations Outside London Joint Committee) Adjudication Joint Committee: Councillor Jeanette Clifford, Portfolio Holder for Highways and Transport

·         Berkshire Local Transport Body: Councillor Jeanette Clifford, Portfolio Holder for Highways and Transport.  Councillor Marigold Jaques appointed as Substitute.

·         BLASJC (Bus Lane Adjudication Service Joint Committee): Councillor Jeanette Clifford, Portfolio Holder for Highways and Transport
