Resolved that That the Portfolio Holder for Highways and Transport, Environment and Countryside approves the proposals as set out in Section 9 of the ID report and as follows: · That the revisions to the proposed parking scheme as detailed in section 8 of the report be approved. · That the remaining proposed restrictions be introduced as advertised. · That the respondents to the statutory consultation be informed accordingly. That the parking scheme be monitored so that any parking displacement can be addressed as part of a future review.
This decision is eligible to be ‘called-in’. However, if the decision has not been ‘called-in’ by 5.00pm on 2 January 2019, then it will be implemented.
