Resolved that the Leader of the Council agrees the West Berkshire Council Forward Plan with the following additions:

  • DOD3862 – Approval of the Adoption Procedure
  • DOD3863 – Approval of the Maternity Procedure

Due to restrictions around pre-election (purdah) activity the following reports will now be considered at the 19 December 2019 Executive meeting:

  • EX3796 Revenue Financial Performance Report  - Q2 of 2019/20
  • EX3800 Capital Financial Performance Report – Q2 of 2019/20
  • EX3825 Establishment of senior Management Posts of Service Director and Service Lead
  • EX3844 Response to a Motion on Re-Opening Faraday Road Football Club Ground
  • EX3815 Council Strategy Delivery plan 2019 to 2023

To note that following discussions, in accordance with the Constitution, the Council meeting scheduled for the 05 December 2019 has been moved to the 09 January 2019.

 

This decision is not subject to call in; therefore it will be implemented immediately.
