Resolved that:

·         The proposals as set out in Section 9 of the report be approved by the Executive Portfolio Holder for Public Health and Community Wellbeing: The proposed Management Plan as advertised and as outlined in Appendix C be implemented.

·         The respondents to the statutory consultation would be informed accordingly.

 

This decision is eligible to be ‘called-in’.  However, if the decision has not been ‘called-in’ by 5.00pm on 27 November 2019, then it will be implemented.
