Resolved that the West Berkshire Council Forward Plan dated 10 November 2020 to 28 February 2021 be agreed, subject to the following addition/ amendments:

 

·         DOD3974 - Public Space Protection Order (PSPO) - Newbury Town Centre to be signed on or after the 10 November 2020

·         EX3952 – Risk Management Strategy – rescheduled to Executive on 19 November 2020 and the Governance and Ethics Committee on 1 February 2021

·         EX3888 – Leisure Strategy – rescheduled to the Executive on 14 January 2021

 

This decision is not subject to call in; therefore it will be implemented immediately.
