Resolved that the Council proceeds with its application to the Department for Transport for powers to undertake civil enforcement of moving traffic contraventions under Part 6 of the Traffic Management Act 2004.

This decision is eligible to be ‘called-in’. However, if the decision has not been ‘called-in’ by 5.00pm on 1 December 2022, then it will be implemented.
