·       JPPC4065 Vehicle Emission Policy– rescheduled to JPPC 01/11/21.

·       LC4043 Fireworks Operational Approach – rescheduled to JPPC 01/11/21.

·       JPPC4060 Public Protection Partnership – Food and Feed Plan– rescheduled to JPPC 01/11/21.

·       JPPC4063 Noise Policy – Annual Review – rescheduled to JPPC 13/12/21.

·       JPPC4139 Training Development Plan – rescheduled to JPPC 13/12/21

·       JPPC4068 PPP Private Housing Policy – rescheduled to JPPC 01/09/22.

This decision is not subject to call in; therefore it will be implemented immediately.

Resolved that the following Statements of Common Ground be signed on behalf of West Berkshire Council by the Executive Member for Planning and Transport:

-           Central and Eastern Berkshire Authorities Joint Minerals and Waste Local Plan Statement of Common Ground on Sharp Sand and Gravel Supply.

-           Central and Eastern Berkshire Authorities Joint Minerals and Waste Local Plan Statement of Common Ground on Soft Sand Supply.

-           Central and Eastern Berkshire Authorities Joint Minerals and Waste Local Plan Statement of Common Ground with West Berkshire Council.

-           South East Waste Planning Advisory Group Statement of Common Ground.

This decision is eligible to be ‘called-in’.  However, if the decision has not been ‘called-in’ by 5.00pm on 5 August 2021, then it will be implemented.
