Applicant: Wickham Village Hall Management Committee. Minutes: Sarah Clarke (Solicitor) advised the meeting that there had been a legal issue with the application. She went on to ask the applicant if they wished to withdraw the application. The applicant Mrs Christine Breadmore, responded to say that she did.
Mr Bird asked if he could be advised as to what the legal issue was?
Sarah Clarke (Solicitor) replied to say that as the application had been withdrawn there was no reason to raise the legal issue. |
