Melanie Ellis introduced the report (Agenda Item eight) regarding de-delegation proposals for 2020/21. It was reported that the information needed to go back to the Heads Funding Group (HFG) in November 2019 so that recommendations could be formed. These recommendations would then be considered by the Schools’ Forum on 9^th December 2019.

RESOLVED that the de-delegation proposals for 2020/19 be added to the work programme for the next meeting of the HFG and Schools’ Forum.
