Resolved that the West Berkshire Council Forward Plan for 13 January 2016 to 30 April 2016, and its subsequent publication, be approved, subject to the following amendment/additions:
· EX3063 - Building Control Shared Service - postponed from January Executive to February Executive
· ID3069 – Review of 'First Step - Next Step' Equity Loan Scheme - added for 13 January 2016
· ID3072 – Request to go out to consultation on the Housing Grants and Loans Policy – made under the Regulatory Reform (Housing Assistance – England and Wales) Order 2002 - added for 13 January 2016
· ID3070 – Approval to publish the draft Housing Strategy 2016-2021 for consultation (added for January 2016)
This decision is not subject to call in; therefore it will be implemented immediately.
