Resolved that the Portfolio Holder for Highways and Transport approves the recommendations set out in section 6 of the report and as follows:

·         That the speed limit is reduced as agreed by the speed limit review panel and that the objector is informed accordingly.

 

 

This decision is eligible to be ‘called-in’.  However, if the decision has not been ‘called-in’ by 5.00pm on 30th December 2016, then it will be implemented.
