Resolved that the West Berkshire Council Forward Plan from 1 May 2013 to 31 August 2013 and its subsequent publication be approved, subject to the following amendments:

·      EX2667 - SEN & Disability Strategy 2013 – 2016 to be rescheduled as an Individual Decision for 1 July 2013.

·      ID2673 – Representatives on Outside Bodies to be added as an Individual Decision for 1 May 2013.

Amendments:

·        ID2603 – Three Year Highway Improvement Programme 2013/14 – 2015/16 removed. Only ID2609 – Annual Highway Improvement Programme 2013/14 to be considered.

·        C2612 – Local Transport Body to be considered by the Executive on 21 March 2013 and not Council. Reference amended to EX2612.

Additions:

·        ID2642 – Access to Information Policy Revision – to approve the revised Access to Information Policy

·        ID2643 – Corporate Complaints Policy Revision – to approve the revised Corporate Complaints Policy

·        ID2644 – Records Management Policy Revision – to approve the revised Records Management Policy

·        EX2527 – School Funding Reform April 2013 – added to the Forward Plan for the Executive on 18 October 2012.

·        EX2350 – Proposal for Redevelopment of Taceham House – delayed from 6 September 2012 Executive to 18 October 2012.

·        The addition of a report relating to ‘Greenham House and Winchcombe School Appropriations’ (EX2497) to be discussed at the Executive meeting on 14 June 2012.

·        EX2350 – Proposal for Redevelopment of Taceham House moved from Executive meeting on 14 June 2012 to 19 July 2012.

·        EX2494 – ‘Response to the Scrutiny Review into the facilities available for Young People’ moved from the Executive meeting on 14 June 2012 to 19 July 2012.

·        Removal of ID2473 ‘Environmental Crime Enforcement Strategy’.
