Issue - meetings

To approve as a correct record the Minutes of the meeting of the Board held on 23 January and 6 February 2014.

The Minutes of the meeting held on 23^rd January and the special meeting on 6^th February 2014 were approved as a true and correct record and signed by the Vice Chairman.
