Purpose:  the report aims to update the Executive on the provision of the shared Building Control Service and recent developments in the sector. 

Decision:

Resolved that Executive is INFORMED of the matters set out in this report.

This decision is not subject to call in as:

·     Report is to note only

therefore it will be implemented immediately.

Councillor Tom McCann introduced a report (Agenda Item 8), which provided an update on the provision of the shared Building Control Service and recent developments in the sector.
