Appointment of Chairman Minutes: In the absence of the Chairman and Vice Chairman, the Clerk opened the meeting and requested nominations for a Chairman. Councillor Adrian Abbs proposed, and Councillor Thomas Marino seconded the nomination of Councillor Lynne Doherty. RESOLVED that: · Councillor Lynne Doherty was elected Chairman of Personnel Committee for the duration of the meeting. |

Purpose: to invite the Personnel Committee to appoint to the roles of Director of Children’s Services (DCS) and Director of Adult Social Services (DASS) on an interim basis from the 13th February 2023.
Minutes: Nigel Lynn introduced a report (Agenda Item 3), inviting the Committee to appoint to the roles of Director of Children’s Services (DCS) and Director of Adult Social Services (DASS) on an interim basis from the 13th February 2023. Councillor James Cole proposed, and Councillor Adrian Abbs seconded the recommendation within the report. RESOLVED that: · Personnel Committee appoint Paul Coe as the DCS and DASS for West Berkshire Council, with effect from the 13th February 2023. |
